This guide will help you raise a battledome pet very fast (as you could probably have inferred from the title :P)

First off, you'll need a lot of pure Neopoints. I suggest somewhere around 3.5million, although you can do this with MUCH less if you are consistantly replenishing your money.

Optional:
A nice BD set (This guide will be oriented toward those who don't have one, it's just a bonus to have one)
A stash of codestones
Loads of terror trove cards
The full Lab Map

Okay, the first thing to do, even before you create a pet, is to make sure you have some kind of Kau Morphing Potion in your inventory.

Next, we'll create your pet:



Yes, you are going to make a Kougra. Why? Kougras can start with the highest stats.
Well, the STR, DEF etc are usually the same as other pets, but you CAN get up to 16 HP, the highest of any Neopets (although I have heard that some Kougras were created with 17HP, 16 is the highest from my tests).

Re-roll the stats (you can get over 5 rolls, just go back to the name page and you can get as many rerolls this way as you want.) until you get 16+ HP and a STR stat of "quite strong" or over.

Naming your pet: I could care less, but whatever. If you want to make your pet look good i.e. a good name you could follow this portion of my guide although I wouldn't reccommend it since name is usually the preference of the owner.

Okay, first off, numbers are underscores are NOT cool. Please don't name your pet Kougra424_82__64732__5 :P

Try using Greek letters,

Another thing you could do is replace letters in your pet's name to make it look "better"

EG:

Fighter - Fyter
Evil - Ebil (although that's not a very good example)
Robotics - Robotix, Robotiks
etc.

Okay, now that you have a strong Kougra with a nice name, go to Coltzan's Shrine, you'll almost ALWAYS get stats for the first few days.


The next thing you will do is go to the Mystery Island school and train level. If you have a codestone stash, fine, if not, get one off the wiz, don't bother sniping anything, this guide is about speed.




Now, you have two hours to do whatever.

Buy the secret lab map and complete it. Zap your pet. (Est. 30 min)
Buy 5 Terror Trove cards and scratch them (Est. 15 min)
Do whatever (Est 15 min)

Take your pet out of the school course. If you got like +2 level from the lab and more level from the TT cards, you should have enough to train Strength, but that probably isn't the case, so start training level again.

Now, complete K-Quests, no matter what the price is, again, this IS after all, speed training.



Kitchen Quests (1) (Est. 5-10 min)

You might finish them all, maybe not, just remember to take your pet out of the school and to train whatever you need.

Now, if you have the money, start getting some Cool Neggs. If not, forget it, it's not THAT bad.

You have a descsion to make. At the risk of getting your pet changed by the lab, do you want to change your pet into a Kau for the benefits? If not, sell the potion or something.

Now, you can continue this for days, but this guide hopfully gave you a nice head start
