Temp-Perm arrangements allow your facility to:

This evermore popular 'try before you buy' Agreement provides a lot of
benefits for both the facility as well as the Candidate.
This affords both parties the opportunities to be sure it's a great
match before making any long term commitments.
The facility is under no
obligation to hire
the Candidate.
FEES:
Our conversion
fee from Temp-Perm is 20% after
completion of a minimum 4 week assignment, 15% after 8 weeks, 10% after
10 weeks, 5% after 13 weeks. After
26 weeks, the fee
is waived.
GUARANTEE:
We offer a 90 day Guarantee
once a conversion takes place.
We base our fee on the
midpoint range of
the salary being offered.
ex: salary range $20,000-$30,000 the 10% is based on $25,000 saving
your facility money when compared to other companies.
All
of our Candidates are
insured with a medical liability insurance coverage of $1
million/occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
