Permanent Placement

Here at NC Staffing all of our Candidates undergo an extensive screening process before being referred to your facility, ensuring a quality match.

We are capable of handling all the details such as referral checks, background checks and licensure verification.

FEES:

The fee assessed for our Permanent Placement Agreement is 15-20% of the annual salary being extended to the Candidate.

GUARANTEE:

We provide a 90 day Guarantee with all of our successful placements. If an employment relationship were to end with one of our Placements within the first 90 days, we will provide your facility with a gratis referral Candidate.

The facility is under no obligation to hire any Candidate NC Staffing refers.
