Now at this time comes Samuel Russell Administrator of the Estate of William Russell dec'd, Whereupon the Court--after hearing of the evidence finds that the following persons are the Heirs-at-law of said Deceased to wit:
Esther Chamberlin--John Nott--Lucretia Ridenour--Samuel Russell--Heirs of William Russell dec'd--William Breeze--John Breeze--Elitia Ann Breeze--John Russell--Thomas Russell--Martha Thompson--Rachael Thompson--Simeon Thompson--Clarifa Breeze--William Russell--Nancy Russell--Esther Dunn
It is - is therefore ordered that said Administrator pay to the said heirs the sum of $358.72. As follows to wit:...(individual sums awarded to all heirs)

William and Agatha are buried in a concrete vault above ground in section one of the cemetery. It is believed these are the oldest graves here. Inscriptions are no longer visible but library records of the inscriptions state that William died at age 69 and Agatha at age 70. Will names children as eldest son, third daughter, etc.: Thomas, Daniel, Eleanor Douglas, Susan Burris, Frances Reynolds, Elizabeth Kuaur, Nancy Thorp, Samuel, and Peter. Walter's will was probated in Lunenburg Co., VA, 11 July 1765 (WB 2, pp 260-61). WB 2, pp 260-61, Lunenburg Co., VA.Signed Sealed Published Proclamd & Declared by the said Walter Owen his last Will and In the Presents of us Lyddal Bacon Young,Stokes at a Court held for Lunenbg County the 11th day of July 1765 This Last Will & Testament of Walter Owen, Deceased was offered to proof by the Executor herein named & was proved by the Oaths of the Witnesses thereto Subscribed & Admitted to Record. IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Walter Owen of Lunenburgh County being Sick and Weak in Body but in Perfect Sens & Memory do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament and desire it may be Recorded as such In manner & form following Viz - Item my Will & desire is that my loving Wife Joyce Owen shall have the use & Occupation of my whole Estate both real & personal during her natural life or widowhood and at her Death or Marriage it is my Will and desire that my Son Barnet Owen shall have all my Estate before Lent to my Loving Wife to him and his heirs forever and if my Son Barnet Owen should die without Lawful Issue my Desire is that my Estate shall be equally Divided between my three Sons William Owen David Owen & Joseph Owen. Item - I do Nominate Ordain and appoint my Son Barnett Owen whole and Sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament. Birth & death dates for most of this family was taken from a Todd family bible, which was in the possession of Mrs. Dora (Todd) Simpson, who resided 152 Hudson St., Franklin, OH., in 1982. Mrs. Simpson was 87 years of age, at that time. (per James T. Todd, 10630 Wenzel Ave., Kansas City, MO.
James T. Todd, also claims that William was the son of Peter & Hannah [Cornelison] Todd.)
