Events don't just happen--they are planned! And the NorthStar Trail Travelers have spent countless hours planning this year's program for the state parks. We hope you will participate and enjoy these events.
But...we do need your help! It takes many volunteers to put on every event listed in this booklet. We need folks to work at our start/finish tables and checkpoints, as well as people who can mark trails and take down signs.
If you're willing to work to help put on folkssport events in the Minnesota State Parks, we welcome you as a NSTT member. Membership is both inexpensive and rewarding. So complete your NSTT Membership Application, and come work and walk with us!
The NSTT Board may award, at its disgretion, an Above & Beyond Award to some volunteer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping with events and other tasks for NSTT. Will the next A&B asward to to you?
When you help at a state park event you are eligible for a one-time Volksvolunteer Patch. Make sure you get YOURS!!
