PriceGrabber.com Product reviews, and find store ratings by clicking on Reviews & Ratings under the top search box, then Merchant Ratings in the links near the top of the next page

PriceSCAN.com Vendor Rating is available only per product (can't search by store name), while product reviews seem sparse

ResellerRatings Find Store Ratings by name via the tab near the upper right corner of main page, plus forums and reviews

Shopper.com Product ratings and reviews by CNet and customers, with store ratings & profiles only available per product (can't search by store name)

Shopping.com Search by store name by following the Merchant Directory link near bottom of page, while sister site Epinions.com offers customer reviews

TIPS:
 * Check the Customer Satisfaction ratings before buying from any online vendor! These ratings are available from some of the comparison shopping sites, as noted above in red as Store Ratings, Merchant Reviews etc.

 * Ratings get more reliable as the number of reviewers goes up, so you may take isolated feedback with a grain of salt. Some sites let you read other reviews by the same person. Checking multiple sites often gives a more balanced view.

 * Quality of service can change quickly in our volatile economy. Corporate buyouts, new management, and outsourcing can make a dramatic difference. Check often at the sites above to find the best products, prices, and vendors!
