Policy Brief on Balance, Uniformity and Fairness

The Center for Practical Bioethics, Federation of State Medical Boards, and National Association of Attorneys General have developed a joint policy brief on effective strategies for law enforcement for investigating and prosecuting the diversion of prescription pain medications while protecting appropriate medical practice.  The Policy Brief has been posted to this page in PDF format and can be viewed here.
