National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS)

MD Anderson Cancer Center
The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer programs integrate patient care,

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, composed of Memorial Hospital for Cancer

Fibromyalgia
American College of Rheumatology (ACR)
ACR is the professional organization of rheumatologists and associated health
professionals who share a dedication to healing, preventing disability, and curing the more than 100 types of arthritis and
related disabling and sometimes fatal disorders of the joints, muscles, and bones. Members include practicing physicians,
research scientists, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers.
The American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association (AFSA)
AFSA is a non-profit organization dedicated to research, education and patient
advocacy for fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). They offer a number of publications for
sale offering help in dealing with fibromyalgia.
National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA)
The National Fibromyalgia Association (previously known as the National
Fibromyalgia Awareness Campaign) is a [501(c) 3] nonprofit organization whose mission is: To develop and execute programs
dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with Fibromyalgia by increasing the awareness of the public, media,
government and medical communities. Fibromyalgia ONLINE is a free educational resource for patients and healthcare professionals.

National Headache Foundation
The National Headache Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating
headache sufferers and healthcare professionals about headache causes and treatments. It is supported, in part, by an unrestricted
grant from GlaxoSmithKline.
The TMJ Association
"TMJ" stands for temporomandibular joint, or the jaw joint. The TMJ Association
is a non-profit, [501(c)3] tax exempt organization that serves patients, professionals, and the general public through a variety
of educational, social, and advocacy programs. Its goal is the development of universal standards for safe, effective, affordable,
research-based diagnostics, treatments, and prevention of TMJ diseases and disorders.
