All earring hooks are made from surgical metals and are hypo-allergenic. For those that don't have pierced ears, I can replace the earring hook with a clip-on for an extra $2. Also, for kidney earwires there will be an extra $1, please let me know when you place an order.
*Just like silver, surgical hooks and metals may tarnish if you don't wear it or leave it out in open air for a long time (it is best to keep it in air-tight plastic bag if you're not wearing it)...but don't worry if it does, all you need to use is a little SILVER CLEANER to clean it and it will be like new!
