Be sure to check out the brush with fame page. Thanks for looking!   Anyone interested in a pencil drawing can send a 5"x7" or larger photo via e-mail. The photo quality and detail within the photo allows for a more realistic pencil drawing. It is up to the artist whether the quality and detail of the photo is appropriate prior to starting any commissioned portrait.   A 50% deposit is required upfront before beginning a commissioned drawing. Once the deposit is received the details of the pencil portrait is determined and agreed upon by the customer and the artist. The commissioned portrait takes roughly 4 weeks to complete. The balance plus West Virginia state sales tax is due upon receipt of the pencil portrait.   Pencils portraits are hand-drawn from your photographs in your choice of regular or prismacolor pencils. Hand-drawn portraits are a keepsake for that special some- one, a friend or family member. A pencil portrait makes a great gift for the holidays, a birthday, wedding or anniversary. The portrait can be of your son,  daughter, parents, grandparents, a pet or even as a memorial to honor someone special in your life.
