Instruments Page 2 Here are some more of my instruments.  I've gone a little overboard, I think.  What can I say?  I like Fenders! This is a Fender '75 Jazz bass reissue.  I've had it for a few years now, and it sounds hot!  Even flatwounds would sound bright on this thing.  I added on the tortoiseshell pickguard and changed the control knobs to the chrome ones you see here. This is my bread and butter bass.  It's a Fender Roscoe Beck V signature model.  When I initially started playing 6 string bass back in 1992, I said "I will never, ever buy a 5 string".  Well, this is the instrument that changed my mind.  It plays so well, and the electronics off such a wide range of sounds that I don't like to play a gig without this one.
