'Shados Best Shot'  by 'HaDar Shado', out of 'Command Attention', was the foundation for my breeding program. She is my stallion's dam and had produced several quality foals from different stallions before her untimely death. She lives on thru her produce, my stallion, and still has an impact in the quality babies we offer for sale. She may not be here, but her presence can be seen in every foal  'Easter' sires.

you may not be here, but you're still in my heart

On this page we will show you our beautiful 'Girls'. These mares have outstanding looks with pedigrees to match. They all  'out produce' themselves with foals that are outstanding in quality and temperament.  If you are interested in a particular mare's pedigree, click on the 'PEDIGREE' link by that mare's name. None of these mares are for sale.

Just for the record and to set it straight....
In pertaining to our Appaloosa mare 'Hide's  Hosanna' (Hide).
There is another Appaloosa website on the internet, where as  the owners are claiming 'Hide' as their "pet and broodmare".
This is a false statement and claim.
Let it be known, "Hide's Hosanna" (Hide), a 1995 registered   Appaloosa mare, is registered to me, in my name, with The Appaloosa Horse Club (APHC).  Anyone in doubt, should contact the APHC directly.
Furthermore, we did not, nor do we have any intentions of  ever selling, leasing or giving away "Hide's Hosanna" (Hide).  The other Appaloosa website that is claiming 'Hide' as their's  is doing so under false pretense. The pictures of her on their website are old pictures taken in past years.
Presently 'Hide' lives at and is at our farm, 'Whitetail-Hollow Appaloosas and Quarter Horses' , in Baldwinsville, New York. She shall and will reside here until the day she passes.

Hide & her 2009 filly, Flurri

 7-27-2009 update....setting the record straight.....again!
Sweet 'Hide' and her beautiful 2009 filly, 'Flurri', have now a forever home and will never again have to worry about being discarded, like unwanted rubbish, on the whim of an irresponsible owner. They are happy and loved; are getting good equine medical care and are eating premium food. In the winter, they will even have warm Weatherbeata's, heated water tanks and shelter from winters cold. Those 'others' said 'Hide's' the victim here....I think not and neither did the court. Through litigation, in a State of New York court, after hearing and viewing the 'evidence' from the previous owners, it declared their accusations as dubious and absurd. 'Hide' and her 2009 filly - 'Flurri', have been legally awarded to us, on this day- Monday July 27th, 2009. Even with 'Hide' legally registered to me in the ApHC and the CRHA, the owners of the site that is above forementioned, tried to sue us for her and her 2009 filly- 'Flurri'. The Judge dismissed both of their suits against us.  I guess that old saying is true ...."you can sue anyone, for anything, but it doesn't mean you will win!"  The only unfortunate out come to all of this, is that due to the immature and vindictive nature of same forementioned people, little 'Flurri' cannot be registered in the 'Appaloosa Horse Club' (APHC), even tho she is 100% Appaloosa. This is because these irresponsible and indifferent "breeders" have refused to turn over her
'Application for Registration/Breeders Certificate'
to us....even tho the Court recommended them to do so!....So....who is the victim here that's suffering the consequences?????
....I believe that would be 'Flurri'....and by their hand,
not by ours!!!!!  But....the best part is (there is a 'happy ending'....) they can't take the credit with the APHC for their stallion producing such a beautiful filly!!!!!
And finally, the real 'happy ending' is......'Flurri' is now registered in the  'Colorado Rangerbred Horse Association' (CRHA)  just like her mom!!!!! Her new registered name is....
"OH Sugar-N-Spice"  CRHA #7048!!!!!
Thank-you Judge  for 'Hide' and 'Flurri'; justice does prevail!!!!!   Plus an additional special thanks to the 'Colorado Ranger Horse Association' for recognizing a great filly and accepting her in their Association!

Also.....
as to the allegations coming from that 'other site' in regards to 'Hide' and 'Flurri' having to "stand in feet of manure for 9 months out of the year"  and to the fact that poor 'Flurri' has only a 25% chance to live thru the winter...... let me answer these allegations this way:
Anyone that knows us, knows that- after the several feet of snow we get each winter has melted, after the sticky red clay that we live on dries up, so we don't get the tractor stuck, the manure pile that accumulated over the winter from cleaning stalls and run-ins is loaded up and spread over the fields in the spring. This takes place every year. So....what's wrong with that??????  Other horse people do this same thing!!
How is that going to influence 'Flurrie's' survival?? Am I missing something here?...or...are these people planning to do something to 'Flurri' to cause her death and then blame us?
I have been a horsewoman for over 40 years now, and have never lost a horse or foal to the winter or winter's manure pile yet! So.....if something happens to 'Flurri' or 'Hide', I will know just where to look and God help them if that happens!!!!!!
***Take note people and remember this:
I will be watching! Recordings of devious deeds make indisputable evidence, we have cameras located throughtout the property connected to a VCR that records everything.  If any harm comes to ANY of my horses....YOU WILL BE SORRY AND YOU WILL PAY DEARLY!!!!!!!!***
