Why Ventriloquism For Dummies?
This is going to be the title of my autobiography when I get around to
writing it. Life is like the practice of Ventriloquism, which in itself
is like Magic. Both Ventriloquism and Magic make use of misdirection, which
seems to be a tool many, many people use. So be warned. It is hard to tell
the Ventriloquist from the Dummy. As the great philosopher Yogi Berra once
said, "The future ain't what it used to be." But that's another story.(Note: The Christmas glance joke was told to me by Ken Ashe. Thanks, Ken.)
