The Alumni Association maintains a Trophy and Hall of Fame Room at the school site. The Association keeps a mailing list of alumni who have responded to its newsletters, helps classes with their reunions and periodically invites graduates to a general reunion banquet.

The Athletic Association holds a yearly banquet honoring new inductees into the Mission Sports Hall of Fame.
