"Prince George of Ham" was published by The Minas Tirith Evening Star: The Journal of the American
Tolkien Society in the Summer 2002, Autumn 2002, Winter 2002, Spring 2003, and Summer 2003 issues. This novellette is a sequel
to J.R.R. Tolkien's "Farmer Giles of Ham" based on Tolkien's outline. A membership in the Society includes a subscription
to the Evening Star and cost $12.50 for United States residents. Back issues can be obtained from the Society. The Society

"Fram the Dragon-Slayer" was my first published story. It appeared in The Minas Tirith Evening Star: Journal
of the American Tolkien Society in Summer 1997.

I have also written a scholarly article on the legal definitions of terrorism. "The Numerous Federal Legal Definitions
of Terrorism: The Problem of too many Grails" is in volume 30, page 249 of the Journal of Legislation (Spring 2004),
a publication of the Notre Dame School of Law.

I do not have any stories under submission at present. I am currently working on a fantasy novel entitled "The
Dragon Summoner." I have completed over 400 pages of the rough draft, some of it is very rough. I am also preparing
a scholarly paper on legal issues arising from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
