We believe payment for services is essential
for a healthy counseling relationship and due regard for ability to pay will be considered. Fair and reasonable rates have
been established for this purpose and payment is due at the time that services are rendered.
We offer PCT forms
to receive claim reimbersement directly from your insurance provider for your convenience. Clients are responsible
for co-pays and services not covered by their insurance provider.
You will be responsible
for the full hourly fee for any missed appointments unless a 24-hour notice is given or due to extreme circumstances. Habitual
tardiness or cancellations will be addressed in the next session.
