Notice to reader:
The intent of these drug reviews is to provide a condensed summary of new drug
information. While care and effort have been made to ensure these monographs
contain the most significant and pertinent information, the author and publisher
is not responsible for omissions, lack of completeness, or errors. Readers are
urged to refer to the complete prescribing information available in the package
insert and other appropriate sources for further information. Because the field
of health care is constantly evolving and there are numerous changes in drug
therapy, readers are advised to regularly consult the current drug literature
and available drug information resources.
