The Never Say Never, Inc. Community Outreach Program is a non-profit, tax exempt, community-based organization.
It was founded in 1989 by Mondrea D. Jacobs, an African American woman who was given a second chance on life. She took her
personal life experiences of being an ex-addict, homeless, and a school drop-out, and turned it into a testimony of victory,
praise and honor by giving back to those who have been afflicted with the same pain of living a dysfunctional lifestyle. Today
she is currently a legal analysis, community activist, author, sought after public speaker, mentor, and role model to
many.
Since it's inception, seven (7) outreach centers has been opened in low-income communities throughout the
Metropolitan area. It has provided gang and drug-prevention seminars, tutoring, food, clothing, counseling and mentoring
to drug addicts, AIDS patients, senior citizens, single parents, at-risk youth, ex-offenders, and the mentally challenged
without discrimination.
Christmas toys, Thanksgiving baskets, and school supplies have also been provided to homeless
shelters and needy families. Never Say Never has a very high success rate and is deeply dedicated to meeting the
unmet needs of the underprivileged. We operate under the philosophy that everyone deserves a second chance, that one
can...
