05.28   This version brings a major reworking of the entire website. The inclusion of graphic and photographic imaging has been expanded, as well the use of mapped images for page to page site navigation. This means a small but (usually) not so challenging easter egg hunt.

For modem users the increased use of images, with my apologies, will extend the pre-loading time considerably. However, a new browser Cache Preloading Option page has been installed to make the experience less bothersome (no long time looking at blank or incomplete pages) and to allow you some choice over how much data is preloaded depending upon your visiting intent.

The poetry has been updated with a second "book" of newer poems, along with an entirely new selection of poems by John Ostlund.

A new "bookshelf" feature has been added for Powell's bookstore.

Hopefully variations between browser presentations has been improved. Once you get your browser sized for the main Home page, all other pages should display well within that space. This website was designed using Netscape Navigator, but also tested on the Internet Explorer and iCab browsers.

07.04   Added this What's New page to let you know what's changed or added.

06.15   Added feature to pre-load all the webpage images into your browser's cache so that page-to-page switching will be fast. Load time should be about one minute or less. (The "big" pictures are excluded.)

06.12   First major website update from the barebones original site. Update includes added new poem content and major enhancements to the website format. To find all the bits and pieces of this website remember that all images contain one or more links. This is an image tactile website!
