On Sunday, November 15th, The ND Club of N. Alabama will have a team or two bowling in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Alabama Bowl for Kids' Sake. The event will take place at Plamor Lanes, 2404 Leeman Ferry Road in Huntsville. Let's get some 4- or 5-person teams together, raise some money for BBBS, and go out and have a great time !!! Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. For the past twenty-six years, BBBSNA has fostered one-to-one relationships between children from single-parent families and mature, responsible adults. The relationships provide the youth of our community with positive role models. The mentor (or "big") provides the support a young person (or "little") needs to reach maturity with a greater sense of responsibility and stability.

As a non-profit organization, BBBSNA must rely on fund-raising events in order to fund their programs. A Bowl for Kids' Sake team of bowlers obtains pledges from various sponsors and 100% of the pledges received from the sponsors are donated to BBBSNA.
