I enlisted in the Navy on Jan. 24, 1964, in Tucson, Ariz.  From there I went to Phoenix, Ariz., to be sworned in and then on
to San Diego, Cal. for Boot Camp (company #078).
My next duty station was Subase, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  I reported onboard in May of 1964.  My first duty, was in
supply.  I then was assigned to the Repair Dept. as personnalman/yeoman.  In Cmd. Stalh's Office.
Then I was transferred to the USS Tombigbee  AOG-11, in the middle of 1965 and there I stayed until I was discharged in
Nov. of 1967.  I was a seaman in the deck force, and stood boatswain's mate watch in the pilot house while underway and on
the quarterdeck while in port.
Looking to meet up with any old shipmates or anyone else that I might have met up with during that time.
