They are not blocking off rooms It is first come, first served. They
are offering the following discounted rates for NAUCC 2004 for stays
of one to six nights:

- $59.99 per night for a Studio Suite with one queen bed
- $69.99 per night for a Studio Suite with two queen beds

You must call the hotel directly to reserve a room and receive these special rates; they are not available through the hotel's Web site. The Homestead Suites Web site will not show any rooms available in July; we have been told it will only show available rooms three months in advance. If anyone stays seven nights or more they will take off another $10 per night.

Every suite in this hotel comes with a kitchen with full-sized
refrigerator, a microwave and a stovetop (no oven). Dining and cooking
utensils are provided.
