It is an unexpected space that is not your typical gallery. It is part of the working studio of New York painter Alex Schuchard. The space is transformed from a studio into a forum for some of the best emerging and established artists. With rotating group shows that revolve around contemporary art issues and ideologies, the common thread of the work at Space B is one of craft and quality. The gallery is open to the publi on weekend hours and by appointment.

Readymade Projects is a curatorial agency based in between Singapore and New York. Founded in 2004 by Putri Trisulo, Readymade Projects is a travelling platform motivated by the need to challenge the ways in which we appreciate, interrogate and experience the convergent in-betweens of contemporary visual culture; where €ne arts meets with design, where music crosses into fashion, and where photography moves into motion. Recent projects to date include Res Fest 2004 Singapore, ‘Explorations of Urban Overgrowth’ featuring Dutch artist Boris ‘DELTA’ Tellegen at The Esplanade (Singapore) and Reconstruction of a City (Singapore Arts Festival 2004 (Singapore).
