 Main Plot. Feyd is kidnapped by the Zone Police as a teenager of the streets of The Echelons, with his twin brother Ryuho. Gailen who used to be one of the psychic children, is now in charge of the psychic conditioning and has been given an order by The Psi Faction to start DNA-psychic testing. Feyd, the strongest registered psychic to date, is selected to be the first to undergo this experimental treatment, all previous tests have resulted in death. In order to ensure control of Feyd, Gailen has his brother killed in front of his eyes and then wipes his memory, thereby causing Feyd to have nothing to live for. Feyd undergoes the conditioning, and it turns him into a sociopath. Feyd then becomes the strongest and most powerful of the Psi Corp’s psychic militia and is sent on jobs as an assassin and to kill other psychic, including Packrats deemed un-healthy for society.

The Elite government declares the Echelon and Zone a rebel entity and puts the lower society under martial law, citizenry is blocked and the Elite start exploiting the populace of those areas.

Sub-Plot1: Raven another kidnapped psychic from The City is given conditioning and The Elite scientists learn that if they can use a psychics “construct” or soul, they can control the populace with absolute power. Because if Feyd is too important to them, the tap Raven as the next in line. The Syndicate become wary of The Corporations plot to take over society and fire all the hackers and revoke their citizenship. The Terror Hack is formed in the Echelons. Seraph the son of the Syndicate leader is banished from The City due to his political views and joins The Terror Hack.

Main Plot: Feyd and Raven escape the Psi Corp but Feyd has to return because of the fact his psychic conditioning has left him unstable. Feyd learns from LIno during a job that his brother, Ryuho may be alive. Gailen senses that he is loosing control over his most powerful psychic, and leaves Feyd out on a job 12 hours past his “medication time” and Feyd goes “psi crit.”

Sub-Plot2: (Flashback) Ryuho having been mortally wounded, to make it believable, is hidden and given Psi Conditioning by The Triumvirate comparable to his twin brother Feyd. The Triumvirate do not completely trust Feyd, and create Ryuho as his foil in the case that Feyd gets out of control, or if Gailen betrays The Triumvirate. Ryuho escapes from The Triumvirate with the help of the Terror Hack and they give him to The Packrats. The Packrats take Ryuho on as their leader. Ryuho invokes “The Right of Conflict” and steps down as the Packrat Saicho because he starts having flashbacks, due to The Triumvirate having botched his “mind wipe” after his conditioning. The Terror Hack start plotting on how to take down The Corporation, but they know that they will need Packrat support to ensure success. The Terror Hack, send Seraph to the Packrats. Seraph becomes Ryuho’s mate pair once he steps down as Packrat Saicho, solidifying the bond between The Terror Hack and The Packrats.

Sub-Plot1: Raven starts to go psi crit. The Elite determine that if Raven goes psi crit he could end the world. Ryuho, has his memory erased (mind wipe) to ensure no Packrat secrets are lost and abandons the Packrats, leaving Seraph at in the Packrat Sprawl, as a loyal “hostage” to ensure Packrat loyalty. Ryuho then goes to locate Feyd. Gailen brings Wraith on as an assassin and he gets Psi conditioning as the one who can stop Raven from destroying humanity. Gailen kills Raven’s brother, Jehnen in an attempt to control Raven’s loyalty.

Sub-Plot2: Ryuho powerful ability registers in the Psi Corp systems, and Feyd is sent out to either retrieve or kill him. Feyd is unaware that Ryuho is his brother but Blue who knew Feyd as a child knows who Ryuho is. Feyd has been out for 16 hours, 14 hours past his “medication time” and his power has increased, as a side-effect signaling he is about the go mad and potentially go into a coma. Ryuho is equally matched and with no memory, their battle ends up destroying half of the have 15 economic district. Blue teleports into the battle trying to stop it but Feyd is beyong “recall.” Feyd corners Ryuho and kills him. The minute he kills Ryuho, all of his memories come back and he is devastated and uncontrollable. The Packrats step in and “damp” him keeping him from killing everything within 1 20 mile radius. Blue teleports Feyd back to the Psi Ko headquarters where he is immediately sedated, put in lock down and “deck-jacked” to try to control his power.
