Because of the multitude of requests, NOCOC held availability of this official National One Church, One Child Manual  for the National OCOC 2008 Conference which was held in Jacksonville, Florida in mid-April, 2008.  It was available for purchase, on a first come first serve basis, first to all Member OCOC Programs who are registered with NOCOC (please see the Registration Form Page on this website), then to OCOC Programs who are not registered members with NOCOC (although we encourage all OCOC Programs to be Registered Member Programs), and then as supply is available, to other organizations, persons, and agencies.
