An official OCOC Member
Program is the traditional African American recruitment program, (primarily governed by a board of directors consisting
of African-American Clergy), having the primary mission of educating, recruiting, and advocating for African American families
to foster and/or adopt our children who are in the states’ child welfare systems.
This Program may also provide other services in addition to this primary service of African American recruitment.
Programs which are registered with the National One Church, One Child, Inc. are the only Programs eligible to
vote on National One Church One Child business.

fill in the spaces, and mail in with the Collaboration Form (to the left) and your OCOC Program's one-time membership
