Designed to empower children to become puppeteers and enhance self worth. A variety of workshops
are available to participants ages five and up. Participants are insrtucted in the basic skills of shadow
puppet construction and manipulation, but they are also given the knowledge to experiment with
different materials and styles. Participants are encouraged to continue their creative journey beyond
the workshop. Curricular tie-ins include creative writing, conflict resolution and the develpoment of
creative and oral expression.
