You will find on this page all the FAA Forms you will need to certificate your experimental aircraft. You may click on any item to download it from the Internet to your computer. The forms are generally in the " "Form File" Format ( which requires that you have Microsoft WORD capability or they may require PDF. If your lucky , they will come bundled with Adobe Acrobat. You MUST be patient for these down loads as they will take time, especially the PDF. forms. Speaking of PDF forms, this may be a good time to down load a free copy of PDF Reader, if you dont all ready have it on your hard drive. Remember when working with WORD files to "Unlock" the form so as to type in it and and then "LOCK" it again when you are finished.
When working with the Form 8610-2 ( Repairman's Certificate, do NOT make entries on the back. This will be done in the presence of a FAA maintenance inspector.
When working with the form 8130-6, do not make any entries on the back of this form, This is done by the FAA/DAR.
