Well ... since my RV7A is now flying and out of its Phase I flight testing, it is time to put my first plane - Grumman AA1A, O-235, N706LG - up for sale. These are some photos of it, it's in decent shape. The annual was just completed with no outstanding squawks. Following is new as of annual - rudder cap, alternator belt, skytec starter, all panel switches. Brake pads replaced at last annual. No damage history - all logs complete back to manufacture, AD's complied with. Engine is about 1330 SMOH and airframe is about 3200 TT. Compressions were 74/68/68/68. The last two photos are from the airframe log and engine log at annual - you may have to do a "save as" on the pictures to see them in better detail. Interior is ok, leather Gregoir Grips - paint is good. It is a day/night VFR machine with NARCO VOR/XPNDER and an APOLLO COM radio. Wheel farings are currently being repaired. Glass is in good shape, a few small cracks and crazing, but I will include a new C Bailey front windshield. Prop is in good shape and pitched for climb.
