'SNL' reveals cast cuts
NEW YORK, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- The official cast list for the new season of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" is missing five familiar faces.
Tina Fey and Rachel Dratch previously announced their departures for NBC's primetime comedy "30 Rock," but
it was revealed eight-year veterans Chris Parnell and Horatio Sanz have been let go along with Finesse Mitchell, Zap2it.com
reported.
The cast for the new season is Fred Armisen, Will Forte, Bill Hader, Darrell Hammond, Seth Meyers, Amy Poehler,
Maya Rudolph, Andy Samberg, Jason Sudeikis, Kenan Thompson and Kristen Wiig.
Meyers will assume Fey's position as head writer along with Andrew Steele and Paula Pell.
Season 32 of "Saturday Night Live" debuts Sept. 30, with comedian Dane Cook hosting and The Killers.

satisfying extremes. Darrell Hammond’s a genius at it. Now in his 12th season on Saturday Night Live, Hammond has the somewhat
dubious distinction of having the longest continuous tenure in SNL history. Perhaps the most gifted impressionist since Rich
Little (with a sharper satirical bite) he’s known for his takes on Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and much of the Bush cabinet (including
an uncanny Dick Cheney) as well as Sean Connery, Donald Trump, and Chris Matthews. Before joining SNL the Florida native did
radio and theater in New York, but in the last several years he’s crafted a solid stand-up act showcasing his impressions
and discerning bits on pop culture. He hasn’t appeared in Chicago since 1999. Fri 9/8, 7:30 and 9:45 PM, Sat 9/9, 7 and 9:15 PM, the Improv, Woodfield

(WBJW now MIX105.5 in Orlando. That is when I became one of his "oldest fans" and cheerleaders.
