Haffert stresses that purity of heart can be achieved by devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, wearing the Brown Scapular and praying the Rosary. Contains many meditations for the fifteen traditional Mysteries of the Rosary.
NOTE: First published in 1970, this book is still in print but not very easy to find. New copies are available for purchase from the 101 Foundation, a company which also promotes certain unapproved apparitions (this book is okay, but be cautious about some of the other stuff on their site!). You may end up on their mailing list if you order anything from them. Various used book stores also carry a few preowned copies, including some hardcover first editions. A concise introduction to this important topic.
Available from Bridegroom Press, as a book. A compact disk by the same title is also available for about the same price. It is a one-hour talk was given in March 2002; I don't know how much information it contains compared to the book.
(I haven't read this one, but Steve Wood of St. Joseph's Covenant Keepers highly recommends it for people who struggle with this)
