ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PUMA

Fuel consumption

On the highway it averages 30 MPG (13km/l), of course depending on road conditions and driving style.

The Puma is NOT a replica or a kit-car

Puma was a Brazilian car manufacturer that built not only VW-based sports cars, but also a General Motors-based sports car, and trucks. In the early-80s Puma also built a micro-car with its own engine technology.

A few Pumas were indeed imported to the US in kit form in the 70's. This leads some people to mistakenly believe that all Pumas are kit cars.

This Puma is a legitimate factory-built car.
