When I first heard the premise of this show I was skeptical that I would find much to like. There's few things that annoy me more than crying babies, whining adults, and not making sure the bad guy is *really* dead. That dude IS gonna rear up and get a second wind as soon as their back is turned. Will they ever learn?

Tell Me You Love Me isn't that simple, or easy to dismiss. It's not the best or most original show HBO has produced, but it's much better than I first gave it credit for.

Well-crafted on every level, the flawless acting and handheld camera work makes me feel like an invisible voyeur in the lives of these couples, including their most intimate moments.
