I frequently will enjoy engaging in a discussion or debate on some controversial topic. I also enjoy debates in general. For this reason, I have put in a few pieces of information about what you can expect me to do.
Due to the sheer volume of material, I have broken up this information into categories, and separated the material accordingly. Stylesheet sidebars have been utilized to provide access to the local material that makes up this category of information.
Why put it up at all?
This page is my chance to really let loose with differing views and thoughts. Yes, I do give this page out to some others who may know who I am in real life, but usually only to select individuals. And to them, I am pushing my views far less than one who puts religious quotes in their signature. More than that though, this is a part of who I am. Professional conduct does not in my mind mean hiding every opinion one holds, it means not pushing those views or expressing them in a time or manner that conflicts with the conduct at work. In other words, while at work, work comes first. While on personal time, it should not get to the level that it interferes with work.
