We try to care for all patients on an appointment
basis. This is the only way we can consistently devote the proper amount of care and time to adequately address your
concerns. Not all patients require the same amount of time with the doctor. Sometimes we will have to make sure
the proper staff and equipment will be available to serve you. We can only do this if we know what your problem is and
when you will be coming to our office.
We will, of course, address emergencies
immediately. Walk-in patients will be taken care of on a "first-come-first-served basis".
We will not care for Walk-in patients ahead of previously scheduled patients. To avoid waiting in our reception area,
we encourage to call ahead and ask for an appointment.
Please bring your insurance cards and
any information you may have recieved from your insurance company describing your coverage with you to your appointment.

New patients should expect to have their
pupils dilated. You simply do not receive as thorough of an eye exam without pupil dilation.
Our doctors do not want to miss any abnormality or diseases in your eye because we didn't dilate your eyes. Most patients
can safely drive themselves home after pupil dilation. Our office provides complimentary sunshields for your comfort
following your examination. If you have never had your pupils dilated or feel unsure, please feel free to bring another
family member or friend with you to drive you home.
Please bring a list of all your medications
with you. If you have old records from your previous eye doctor or notes about previous injuries
or surgeries you may have had in the past, please bring these materials with you to assist our doctors to properly care for
you.
