Our Vacation Condo Rental Features & Amenities
Our Crystal
Sands unit sleeps six people and features a king-sized bed in the
bedroom, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin
bunk beds built into a hallway alcove. All bed linens, towels and
starter soaps are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels.
The one and
one-half bathroom features a full-sized Jacuzzi tub with shower. A
washer and a dryer are in the unit.
The unit
includes a color TV with cable, and DVD with home theater sound in
the living room and a color TV with VCR in the bedroom. The unit also has a stereo
with CD player. Local phone
service with an answering machine is included.
The
fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, garbage disposal,
full-sized refrigerator with top freezer, microwave, coffee maker,
blender, full-sized oven and stove, and dinnerware service for
six.
In addition
to the amenities offered by Ocean Reef Resort Properties, guests in our
unit receive the complimentary use of two beach
chairs and one beach umbrella every day of their stay from the beach
service in front of the Crystal Sands building from March through
October.
Crystal
Sands is located on Old Highway 98, a quiet stretch of beach known as
Crystal Beach. It's a short drive to shopping, restaurants and
entertainment.
The
condominium complex features two heated pools, barbecue grills, and ample parking.
This is a
non-smoking unit.
