In 2006 we remodeled the bathroom: new flooring, new toilet, new cabinet & sink, lighting...even a new toilet paper holder!!
Living room features a sleeper Futon, TV with Cable and DVD and dinette set. Fully stocked kitchen with
stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen supplies and china. Bedroom features a queen
bed and another TV with cable. Cottage is fully air conditioned with 2 wall units. All bed linens and bathroom
linens provided. Cordless phone available with free local calls. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board also included.
Crib and kid's movies available upon request. Hollywood also offers FREE WIFI wireless internet.
Windwood Seas Condo Amenities:
Steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk and beach. Private gated parking lot and nearby guest parking. Private
heated pool. Laundry facilities. Garden BBQ area with grill and picnic tables.
Autum 2006 will bring many changes to Windwood Seas. New colors will adorn the walls and new landscaping will dress up our
green areas. New BBQ grills in our newly revamped Center Court as well.
The Broadwalk offers oceanfront adventure from dining inside fine deletable restaurants, drinking tropical drinks at a bar,
eating at an outdoor cafe, or shopping at it's eclectic shops. Family and single bike rentals as well as roller blading
rentals are available across the street from Windwood Seas.
On Sunday's enjoy a fresh organic fruit market offering a wide variety of fruit, shakes and smoothies across the street
from Windwood Seas.
The Broadwalk is the perfect place to exercise or just enjoy the views. Miniature Golf and Child's Playground accessible
via the Broadwalk as well. On Johnson St. the theater hosts many free concerts from Jazz to Rock and the Broadwalk hosts
many festivals and celebrations such as the Latin Festival and 4th of July Celebration Concert with Fireworks. See links
