Rental Policies
Weekly: $260 deposit upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Monthly: $560 deposit upon reservation. 50% of balance due 60 days prior to arrival, balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Please
note there is a one time $60 cleaning fee and a $250 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit on ALL rentals which is collected 30 days
prior to arrival and returned via mail within 10 days of check-out assuming no damages must be deducted. .
