The original cooking setup, which consisted of a fixed electric stovetop with a microwave set in the cabinet
below it, is being replaced with a four burner gimballed stove/oven by Broadwater. This required opening up the
cabinet 2-1/2" on the aft end and 3" at the bottom. A complete propane system is being added which will include
a designated propane locker under a raised helm seat for two 20# propane tanks.
9/8 A 1" extension was added to the aft end of the cabinet to bring it even with front face of the forward
cabinet. Next a stiffener wall and mouldings will be added to conceal the seams.
