The Music Concourse celebrated its renovation with newly running fountains on the 110th Anniversary of its creation (September 9th, 1900) on Friday, September 10th, 2010.   There were speeches, a reading from the original dedication, and awards.  The Golden Gate Park Band played old time tunes and the fountains were turned on, to the enjoyment of everyone.
