Please, note that if you want a Special Power of Attorney to transfer or sell real property, the fee is $50, and I will need a legal description of your property that will be sold or transferred.

I also prepare Living Wills if legal in your particular state. A Living Will lets your physician make end of life decisions for you. The fee for this document is $25, which includes postage to your residence.
