Prepare an uncomplicated Revocable Living Trust for individuals in all 50 states for $250. PLEASE, NOTE THAT A REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST will ensure that your beneficiaries do NOT go through Probate Court and your assets will be distributed immediately upon your death.
