Virginia Takes a Balloon Ride!

Early Sunday morning on August 22, 1999 some people who had reserved balloon rides thought that it would be too misty to fly and didn't come to the Square where balloons were indeed flying. On the spur of the moment, Virginia siezed opportunity, bought a ticket and away she went!
