Adding operation to an existing layout
Dave Salamon and his crew were becoming more interested in operations,
but limited and out-of-reach staging was affecting session length and flexibility. He added two side-by-side staging yards,
dubbing the “off-the-layout” locations Westley (the rear 3 tracks) and Eastridge. He later scenicked these visible
tracks so they fit in better with his existing layout. You can see more views of his well-done N scale
