In the Biblical account of Matthew, Pontius Pilate's wife sent him a note while he was on his judgement throne warning him not to have anything to do with Jesus Christ's case because she had "suffered a great deal in a dream because of him." (Matt. 27:19) Considering how Pilate ultimately handled the case, it occurs to me that he and his wife must have had and interesting conversation when he got home that night.
