If the submit button does not appear, it is probably because you have not filled in all of the blank fields. You should be able to register without any problems if you fill out the online registration form completely. If you still encounter problems, please report them to the organizer.

	All Competitors must have a USA Dance Competitive Membership Number.   *note: If you do not currently have a USA Dance membership number, please enter a unique number so that we can identify you.
