Yoga is a practice that provides time for you to visit your body and spirit and enjoy yourself.
In yoga we breathe. We follow the breath inside, centering ourselves. We stretch and hold the stretch as we breathe. We
become more flexible and we become more calm.
I have practiced yoga for close to forty years. I combine many forms now, and teach from what has worked for me all these
years. It is eclectic yoga!
