Teaching Philosophy

Betsy believes that music-making is a human activity - you don't need to be a professional to enjoy playing the fiddle. She teaches both adults and children (6 and older, please), but specializes in students who have been told they can't, won't, or shouldn't make music by previous teachers. She accommodates multiple learning styles and levels of ability.
