Returns: In the rare event that you should find a flaw
in the craftsmanship of our rack systems, you must
contact us and receive a return authorization before
proceeding with a return. If the rack system was
damaged during transit, you must file a claim
with the carrier and contact us A.S.A.P.

Replacement parts: Replacement parts for our rack systems
are available for purchase, should you damage a tub or
frame. Contact us for pricing.
