THE RESORT:

• The resort is one of many WorldMark locations. WorldMark is a membership timeshare chain. (This means that you would not generally be able to rent a unit in this resort.)
• I am a WorldMark member and have been to many of their resorts. While all the locations are beautiful, the resort at Seaside really knocked my socks off -- it is fabulous! (It is also rated "5 stars" by Interval International, which is a major timeshare exchange company.)
• It is located right on the Promenade, along the beach. (If you haven't been to Seaside: the beach and the promenade are just so wonderful! If you've been, I don't need to tell you!) The lobby has a spectacular view! There is access from the pool area to the Promenade through a gate. (Use your room key to get back in).
• The resort has an outdoor pool, 2 spas, a fitness room, arcade games, a children's play area, elevator, and a shared computer with internet access. (The computers are in a room off of the lobby, NOT in the timeshare unit.)
• There is a parking garage in which you can park two cars.

THE UNIT FOR RENT:

• This is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath unit -- for a maximum of 8 people. (The 3 bedrooms have (one) king size bed, (one) queen size bed, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is a "murphy bed" in the living room that folds out of the wall which you'd use, in addition to the 3 bedrooms, if you have 8 people).
• The condo is modern and nicely furnished. It includes a private patio with gas barbecue, cable TV, DVD player, stereo system, phone (free local calls), and a small washer &  dryer (to wash your clothes!)
• There is also a full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, oven, etc. (You can save lots of money on food this way!  Iif you just eat a few breakfasts in the kitchen and make some sandwiches. It's great because you're not forced to eat out all the time.)
• Most (but not all) units have an ocean view. I don't know which floor the unit will be located on, asunits are not assigned until the day before arrival.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:

• No pets.
• No smoking inside.
• Must be responsible for any damage or loss to unit or furnishings.
• The maximum of 8 people is enforced.
• I hate to mention it, but please don't even think about breaking the rules  -- this is a well-maintained responsible resort, and needs to be respected and appreciated. (I've been to this location and I love the place.) If you have questions about anything please let me know. While you are staying there you'll find the staff helpful and cooperative if you have questions or concerns.

ABOUT RENTING THIS WEEK:

• Check in time is 4 PM on Sunday August 31, 2008, and checkout time is noon on Sunday September 7, 2008.
• I will gladly answer questions about this offering.  If I don't know the answer, I can find out for you.  WorldMark is very helpful and courteous to guests.  (I've been a WorldMark member for about 12 yesars. I've personally stayed at this location.)
• I want to rent to someone who will have a terrific vacation. We must both be satisfied with the transaction. By the way, I have rented out time once before and it is easy to arrange.
• I have checked comparable rentals to determine the price.  I've tried to price this slightly below the other rentals I've seen.
